<p>Honestly speaking I would say on the whole clean. I dropped down from 92kg to 73kg, the main staples of my diet being</p>
<p>White meat<br />Sweet Potato<br />Rice<br />Oats<br />Protein Powder<br />Potato<br />Spinach</p>
<p>Be lying if I said I didn&#8217;t get involved with some junk food (crisps etc) on occasions</p>

<p>Based on what I can see, I would say you look good, doesn&#8217;t look like excessive amounts of fat to me, looks like a decent platform to add some lean tissue initially.</p>
<p>I am sure the experts will be better placed to advise but I thought as I can see the pics I would comment 😉</p>

<p>Yes, they recommended a restest for test to see if it comes up. </p>
<p>I have done PEDS by way of Pro hormones as 3 cycles around 9/10 years ago. Apart from that I have only ever taken peptides (for recovery), clenbuterol stacked with cardarine a couple of years back.</p>
