<p>Initially my first cut was great but I feel like I could have pushed it much further I’ve attached pics for reference. I don’t have a current physique picture ideally should have had one prior to this post, shall get a new one tonight. </p>

<p>Initially began with a 8-9 month body recomp/cut. Didn&#8217;t fully see out my goals but got to 14% BF from 29%. I maintained shortly after for a while but i indulged and went over cals every other day. During this time i let it slip and this spilled over into the first 6 weeks of my &#8216;bulk&#8217;. Those 6 weeks i ate 3000 calories a day&hellip;</p>

Would you keep calories in a deficit during the ‘rest week’ just say 2100 or even 2300 or would you go up to maintenance? Also in terms of reducing output would you just go a little bit easier across the board or maybe just limit my cardio &amp; steps. I know 6 months might seem fairly long to diet but my weight stalled for a while and slowed down significantly after a month of training and eating properly I did start on 2100 cals and moved down to 1800 when weight stalled but i had no significant muscle&hellip;</p>
