However, after watching the education series by JP I see upper lower is meant to be the next step after full body for a year or so should I start full&hellip;</p>

So for example I mean like 1 chest press, 1 lat focus ect. I would then choose exercise order to reflect  on my weakness. Also like how many different upper and lower  days is best&hellip;</p>
