With Ramadan approaching, I’m curious how you’re periodizing nutrition and training structure for clients who are fasting.

Total daily caloric intake
Macro distribution (especially protein bolus size per feeding)
Hydration + electrolyte balance
Training performance
Sleep

How do you deal with clients who are “all over the place”?
They sign up for coaching, we set realistic and achievable goals together or they bring their own goals. I spend a lot of time creating customized nutrition and training plans.
But when it comes to execution, their commitment is poor.
