Currently I eat 0.8g of protein per pound. I have fats at 20% of my calories, the rest are carbohydrates. I eat the same meals everyday. I don’t really feel very hungry between meals and I was thinking that I could cut on the carbs from the meals after the workout. How would that be? Currently I’m on a cut, I’m eating 2800 calories total. How much carbs should I place in those 2 first meals and how much should I go for total in the day. <p>Been progressing on my lifts. But want some insights on my diet. Currently i eat 2800kcal and get in around 15k steps a day. I eat around 62g of fat everyday. But i feel like that might be too little, could i get any help on how much fat, carbs, and protein&hellip;</p>
