The extra cor was so good. I bloody love it haha. Trained well. Did smith machine ohp instead of barbell. Want some more stability now we’re 6 weeks out and I was getting heavy with 130kg free weight so just don’t want to risk it. Did 3 plates a side on smith and it was awesome. Really enjoyed it. Lowest weight so far. 96kg bang on. Did my cardio. Did my steps. Did some work. Spent some time in our jacuzzi that I just discovered today.
