<p>Today I was back in the gym and to my usual routine and timings. I woke and walked to the gym, hit 35 mins on the treadmill and walked back. No posing today. </p>

<p>I had a rest day today and didn’t set an alarm to get up. I let my body wake when it was ready which was around 8am so a nice rest there. A walk to the gym and 35 mins cardio. Just trying to drop a little water from the flight and bits of food over the last couple of days. </p>

<p>CBD halcyon will help along with lowering stims but its finding the triggers and what sets the anxiety off </p>
<p>There are a few good apps on the App Store that will teach you breathing techniques, some alone calm time and structured days etc that are worth using </p>

<p>It’s with a peptide like ghrp that you would wait as this produces a pulse but this would be 20-30 mins ish </p>
<p>Splitting the dose up gives you 2 hits and is more beneficial this way. </p>

<p>Woke up back down to 220 this morning and dropped more water off. This time it’s held on for longer. This is just my body struggling a little with the back to back shows and not as responsive or fresh but I’m confident we can get this look decent by the time Sunday comes</p>

Get as strong as you physically can at them. This without question is the best movement to build big triceps. </p>
<p>Skull crushers will leave you with all kinds of problems and injuries if you try and force the weight on them too much and your execution isn’t immaculate </p>
