<p>It&#8217;s an Upper Lower Split, 4x week, <span>with a focus mainly on bringing up shoulders, arms and upper back/rear delts.</span></p>

For the last 3 months i&#8217;ve been running an ULRULRR split, with an A/B rotation. </p>
