No real changes to carbohydrate intake. I don&#8217;t eat a lot of processed foods the odd bagel or squares bar but carbs are mainly oats, COR, rice, rice cakes &amp; pasta. </span></p>

Really nervous about adding BF quickly. As so far I’ve managed to get to 101kg in lean fashion.</p>

<p>My idea for a rebound would simply be 300 test/300’primo and GH + extra food. And retest bloods in 6 weeks.</p>
