The entire message I have gotten is to get brutally strong at my lifts with the same form/ progress my logbook. Could I throw in bicep work at the start of my lower days? Ie: on Lower A 2x Preacher curl machine. On lower B 1x dumbell preacher 1x hammer preacher.  Same with the side delt on lower A Hip height cable lateral&#8217;s 1x, on Lower B Lying cable y raise 1x.  0-1 RIR</p>
