I have tried everything over the years from high does Omegas, glutathione, NAD, B- Vits,&#8230;and the list goes on. I have never seen anything make a measurable difference on my labs. </p>

However, it looks like an absurd amount of food. I dont know how I take in 175g of protein in one sitting short of a massive shake added to it. Or am I misunderstanding what this is saying when it says 175G? Is that the weight or something? I guess this would answer why I could not gain&hellip;</p>
