<p>Thank you Jordan, I am currently taking it at night when I wake up for the first piss (your recommendation actually, I used to take it first thing in the morning pre fasted cardio). Once I bumped to 8iu I guess that&#8217;ll be pre training (your recommendation again).</p>

<p>Depends why you are testing it and what you are looking to achieve – just checking on Insulin sensitivity or looking to manipulate timings of certain peptides.</p>
<p>For me I would always take my fasted – 20 minutes on wake post some fluid.</p>
<p>Second time would be 120 minutes post a meal of the day away from training and keep it the same for testing.</p>

I want to establish a baseline before increasing my GH this offseason (I always ran 4iu offseason and plan to run 8-10iu this year).</p>

Each point you brought up makes a lot of sense.<br />
The biceps injury happened because my first movement (one arm machine preacher curl) loaded the biceps in a stretched position. Since that I have stopped using those movements as first exercise (that loads the muscle in a stretched position). </p>
