Something like cream of rice if around 60-90 mins is great as digests faster. If a little longer I like to have a ‘whole’ meal like chicken and rice for example. And then have an intra shake with carbs, Creatine and some eaa to spike mps while training also.</p>

<p>Ok so little update from me, caught a sickness bug last week and dropped a few lbs, annoying when trying to stack weight on as it’s comes on so hard, but loses so easily! </p>
<p>Anyway we’re back to normal now, forcing the food back in! I feel like eating is&hellip;</p>

<p>1. As I said I’ve only been at this peak load for 3/4 weeks so haven’t noticed any sides as yet. Haven’t done on cycle bloods so can’t give an exact answer but anecdotally I feel great </p>
<p>2. Up until 2 days ago it was 25 t3 and 100t4 so ratio was 4:1 and is only now 2:1 for 9/10 days or so </p>

Recently had some work on my car and they didn’t tighten the radiator hose up enough so it dumped all my coolant (without me realising) &#8230; left for the gym and my car overheats on the Mway. Long story short, my car is fine, I sat for 3 hours on the hard shoulder. I missed gym. I’m pissed off. But such is life we go again tomorrow ????</p>
