<p>have been doing the same movements and same split since january now, progression was really good and consistent but about 3 weeks now where some movements have not progressed however some still are, would this be a sign i need a deload or just that these movements have started to stall and i should change them out or change the rep ranges?</p>

<p>apolagies if this is a stupid question but I was wondering</p>
<p>what difference does it maker to muscle growth when it comes to the amount you progress a lift?</p>
<p>eg if you add5kg and match reps from last week vs adding0.5kg and matching reps from last week what will be the difference in musclw growth? is it a caxse of the more you can progress in&hellip;</p>

I understand tracking steps so that we can understand our overall energy expenditure but if i do 20 mins of cardio at 130-150bpm on a rest day and burn 200 calories am I not just wasting 200 worth of calories that could be going towards my off season?</p>

I pushed up over one year and put on 30 pounds but made the mistake of not start off lean enough and focusing too much on the scales so ended up far, however I also progressed my lifts very well over this so ended up with some new tissue. I have now dieted down from 91kg to 71kg and feel I am lean enough to push back up. <p>I have been dieting down and am now stalling at 73kgs but would like to get to 71kg before I push back up as i feel there is still some fat to lose and my strength is still holding on currently. Previously when my weight would stall I would lower my cals by 10% and up my steps by 10% and this has worked well for me, I am now at&hellip;</p>

<p>I&#8217;m taking creatine (JP&#8217;S of course) again after going off it to see how much it affects my training ability and recovery, do we still recommend loading it at 15g for a week or is that no longer reccomdended?</p>

<p>so I was wondering what is the benefit of doing all your push exercises on one day or all your back exercises on one day etc, does it not make more sense to do most of your push exercises separate from each other so you can lift more weight for them because you&#8217;re fresh?</p>
