<p>If you are in a position to train then I would definitely say start to increase your calories. The increase in calories will help your recovery and you will be able to regain muscle mass and strength being in a surplus.</p>

My stage shorts were 30 and slightly loose so I go off that. A tiny waist isn’t a must but obviously really helps with the taper and the look of a nice physique. But posing is key. Angling the waist and hand positioning is really helpful if you don’t have a small waist. </p>

<p>Everything felt very good and connection on the chest was lovely. </p>
