<p>Progress and Regeneration is good, but my chest is a huge weakness unfortunately. My Form for presses was pretty Bad, so i improved it a lot and the weight moved down by a ton, but thats obvious.</p>

<p>Incline Smith Press 2x</p>
<p>Pec Dec 1x</p>
<p>Lateral raise 2x</p>
<p>Lat pulldown 2x</p>

<p>i started my first bulk almost 7 months ago and gained around 20-22 lbs since. Before i lost around 35lbs to get lean First. I still feel comfortable pushing Up because my appetite is still quite high and im progressing, but i cant really Tell when i should get really lean again so my Abs Show Up. Its not that im stalling Forever, but Sometimes it Takes a bit to progress for a Chest movement, while the lat or Upper Back Work progresses every time.
