									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p class = "activity-discussion-title-wrap"><a href="https://www.trainedbyjp.com/forums/topic/strength-on-a-cut/">Strength on a cut</a></p> <div class="bb-content-inr-wrap"><p>I’ve been cutting for roughly 7 weeks and have pulled off just under 7 kilos so far, yet I’m the strongest I’ve ever been with all lifts still progressing bar incline smith. Could it be I’m still adding muscle despite being in a deficit or just I’m getting more efficient at moving the load with standardised form?</p>
