<p>Erc-MCHC: 310 ref 317-357</p>
<p>Hemoglobin at 163 in range</p>
<p>EVF: 0.52</p>
<p>So the Erc-MCHC being low is probably just the EVF being slight over&hellip;</p>

Lowfat 20-30g and training days with high carbs and circa 50g fat on restdays from adding nuts+salmon.</p>
<p>Sleep is high priority. Currently in deficit. Just ask if more valuable info could be contributed!</p>

<p>Thinking of maybe dropping the nand and going full test but thinking of the estrogen conversion. So nandrolone aromatizes less then test but also seems to uppregulate the aromatization of test. So would the now 25 test + 60 nandrolone be compareable to say 75/100test ed? What are your thoughts?</p>

Down from 110kg to 98kg in 17 weeks.  About 5 weeks left was my plan. So might be down to 93kg by then I am guessing.  Which is 17kg/37lbs.</p>
<p>No show or so just trying to plan out how far to go to be in the best place for a push up after a cruise. </p>
<p>(Also how would you alter diet for the cruise phase initially, ofc&hellip;</p>

<p>I think Ive seen JP write on some post that 1:1:1 works. Might be because bot test and nand increase estrogen whilst nand might also uppregulate the e from test?!</p>

<p>Either its the 1:1:1 but I&#8217;ve also heard of eq at half of test and deca at half of that. Which one would be prefferable over witch for witch reason?</p>

Doing 10k steps every day and 12k for rest days. On 50mg test and 140mg nandrolone eod.</p>
<p>Lately my bp readings has been at 100-110/54-59. </p>
<p>Don&#8217;t have any symptoms of low bp and I don&#8217;t know where the line is drawn but to me that looks low? What to watch out for and is it good to be&hellip;</p>
