<p>I’ve been running an upper/lower split for about 6 months now after years of avoiding it because I thought I’d regress due to the lower training volume— (I’m sure you’ve heard that 1000 times before)</p>
<p>The first 3–4 months went really well, especially with my hip hinge movements. But lately I feel like I’m regressing &#8211; only on upper lifts&hellip;</p>
