<p>Training 6 days a week with a mixture of weights full body 3x a week, running 2x a week and off feet con 3x a week, looking into peptides and wandering which would be best to help with recovery and also endurance side.</p>

Is this normal for this to happen please? i&#8217;m currently injection around the abdominals below the belly button.</p>

<p>Thank you for that, I have a physio so that is sorted I&#8217;m not expecting any quick fixes just want to give my shoulder the best chance of recovering really, when you mention test and GH how much test would you recommend i know everyone is different and also how much GH please?</p>

Is there any recommendations? will obvs be taking curcumin, osteo-pro and join-in as essentials.</p>

<p>Haha interesting question as I had a realisation today that this is the first time in 21 years I have not done a rugby pre season as a player or coach. Mad times. </p>
<p>For in season training I settled on two different splits depending on which training day/rugby split we used. </p>
