Down to 198.5lbs for a 7.5lb weight loss. Not sure what caused such a dramatic weight loss. Maybe it was shaving my chest lol. Going to take it easy on the cardio this week ans add more food to high day</p>

I used to work with Sasan but trying to save some money right bow after purchasing a house. Took a month off everything. In between a move, a loved one with a terminal illness and first time home buying things just got out of control. But, I’m glad I took a month off PEDs. Including a high day for my leg day every week and gradually lower food and cardio as needed. Usually check where I’m at once a week and adjust the plan from there. Was just unusual I didn’t gain weight from high day. Didn’t go all out on my cheat meal so that might have something to do with it</p>

This morning I woke up 5 pounds lighter? The only thing I can think of that’s changed is that I started taking gear after a month off yesterday. What would you suggest I do from here? Is weight differentials like that a big deal? Just don’t want to lose too much too quick</p>
