<p>It’s all those factors but imo the biggest killer is the strain the excess weight causes alongside the direct deleterious effects of the drugs. Obesity death rates are very high, we are all carrying too much body weight. This will cost many many more people their lives unless we scale it right back </p>

<p>So unfortunately I tore my bicep couple of weeks ago and had surgery to reattach the tendon on Friday. I’m due to start physio next week and I know it’s going to take time to get back to 100% I’m just wondering if there’s other things I can do to help move this along?<br />
