<p>weighed in slightly lighter this morning, feeling a lot more satiated on the increased calorie intake.<br />numbers up on every exercise again, apart from hammer strength incline press, although overall  are trending upward.<br />looking forward to being able to work in the lower rep ranges again and get seriously strong.</p>
