<p>Week 12 finished of this push up complete.</p>
<p>Weekly average bodyweight is 97.7kg which hasn’t increased massively for a few weeks however body composition and the look is definitely only improving.</p>
<p>TD calories are currently: 4372<br />
RD calories: 3661</p>

<p>A client show day today so she&#8217;s over in the states still waiting on results but I think it&#8217;ll be a great one for her! </p>

Waiting for glutes and a bit of lower back to pull through. I’ve far, far surpassed previous best condition so just at that point of getting fat off that’s never been off before.</p>

<p>The physique is changing daily, I had a nice drop this morning after rest day and deep tissue massage yesterday which I expected! </p>
<p>Felt so much better for it this morning! </p>
<p>I forgot to add to my log on Monday that 5mg anavar daily had been added also. This will run for 2 weeks then will go up to 10mg for the third week. </p>
