But it will be tren mast winny at some kind of doses, last 3 weeks maybe halo ontop. Usual type drugs to end 🙂

Whatever you do:
Get stronger
Keep good form
Try to train at a decent frequency
Don’t go crazy high with volume
Don’t go super low with volume
Ensure each session you have some aspect that challenges the muscle from a heavy and metabolic componentCould add more principles of training like :
Ensure you have decent variety to avoid stagnation

Training them more often , poorly; won’t make them grow! 🙂 this is so damn important
My thought process is largely – take your body weight up , get super strong , when ur in the gym spend that time devoted to big moves , so I think most ppl don’t need an arm day all
The while U want to get much bigger. For example , most ppl should be doing upper lower splits I feel and just doing the hard stuff. Once ur then at a point where u have a lot of Muscle, specialise , focus on the stuff that is a little weak. Like Luke said he then moved in an arm day as it was warranted, because he is now a pro and having big arms is important . I think the t bar is an ideal BACK exercises, i wouldn’t say it’s ideal for upper back or lats. So my thought process with them, was to stay locked in, and then just drive the elbows back + retract the scapula all at once , so I’m not thinking “ elbow down to hip let’s hit lat” and I’m not thinking , “only drive with the scapula” . I feel the t bar is a good move to just get big in general

Just to add a little to what corinne has said.
So pre fatiguing before the compound move like leg press, In that instance , we aren’t using leg press in the high and wide stance as a loading tool, but we do load the leg press at a diff part of the week in the other leg day. If the focus is only ever on execution and not loading , this will limit growth . But if there is a balance , where you utilise some exercises solely as a tool for building metabolic stress and then other times wanting to maximally recruit high threshold motor units from the off, so the effort/loading is high

V little exercise rotation atm on these, will just now be utilising the drugs to drive up strength and see if I can add any volume too. If I can get away with adding some total weekly volume to quads and overall weekly work going up , all the while progressing strength , I will be very happy .

MemberJanuary 9, 2018 at 9:20 am in reply to: Jordan’s 2018 Log ( NO OFF TOPIC POSTS)I don’t believe I have good physical genetics for a few reasons: when I cruise – I drop about 10 pounds , if I miss meals – I would drop a ton of weight , if I miss sessions I go v flat . So if I am not PERFECT with food, diet , drugs, sleep, etc – I do not progress.
I do seem to have decent genetics for focus, commitment etc. So that makes up for a lot of genetic physical shortcomings
Even when training very heavy with every exercise , provided my food, hydration, supplements, sleep and external stress was all managed perfectly , recovery was always just fine. If people can’t control all aspects of what contributes to recovery then u will struggle . So just control what can be controlled.

Just use common sense, 3 sets in those rep ranges , adjust the weight as needed to stay in those ranges

I think most people are over dosing their clen now . It’s so cheap so 40s are usually 80mcg .
