Been progressing across all compound lifts weekly until this week I&#8217;ve stalled.</p>
<p>Originally I had 3 different days for upper/lower A B C however looking into example splits it&#8217;s only A/ B </p>
<p>Going to try only A/B. Worried my exercise selection is off.<br />
Any advice ?<br />
