<p>I’m currently in a clean-up phase with about two weeks left. If everything goes to plan, I should be around 10–12% body fat and already have visible abs.</p>
<p>I’ve never done a proper growth phase before, only fat-loss diets, so I’m really excited to finally focus on building size.</p>

Lost over 2 stone.<br />
Current weight 10 stone 12 pounds.<br />
Still dropping weight on 2000 cals a day split up into 200g protein 185g carbs 50g fats</p>
<p>Goal here is to get lean enough to go into a growth phase. Also staying lean for a holiday end of the month. </p>

<p>Wrist feels great.</p>
