Without any insulin, Does that mean 4.8 isn&#8217;t enough to prevent me from absorbing those GH? Or would it be better if I also added 5 IU of rapid-acting insulin just in case?</p>

How much rapid-release insulin is needed to properly absorb those carbs? </p>

I&#8217;m thinking 10IU with the pre-meal and 10IU with the post-meal. The only thing I&#8217;m not sure about is that I should bring my intra-workout drink. </p>
