<p>Am not sure myself joints are feeling good at the moment but my shoulders can sometimes cause me issues and read about npp helping so was worth a try if bloods came back good or a way to escalate the cycle too. </p>

<p>Hydration hasn&#8217;t been perfect been hitting around 3l a day so will be making more effort to get this above 4l each day. </p>

<p>Currently weight 208lbs on a lean bulk with 10 weeks left. </p>
<p>Bloods show hct at 57% What&#8217;s the best way to lower this shall I give blood.</p>
<p>Got no sides and are feeling good at the moment.</p>
<p>Blood pressure is slightly raised average 130/82.</p>
<p>Does anything else look out on my&hellip;</p>
