She won it and won the overall and got an invite to the Universe. <p>PCA makes you choose only 1 category, bikini or trained. She is doing 2 shows though 2 weeks apart. So could do different classes for each show.</p>
<p>Yes it was very interesting, we did a full body 3x a weeks split where she always started with lower body. But her upper body just grew so fast! This build phase she will&hellip;</p>

You are 3x over the reference range (assuming you are male).</p>

<p>Are you sure its pg/mL? UK often uses pmol/L in which case the range is more like 40-160 pmol/L. In which case you are in range.</p>

I&#8217;ve removed it now and feel a bit relieved almost hah. It was making estrogen management (and subsequently BP management) so hard and I could barely run any test dose at all. Plus its just an extra thing to pay for and jab. I&#8217;ll be interested to see how much higher I can run test now in&hellip;</p>

Was thinking of dropping it a few weeks out. Could just pull it now. It was originally in for maintaining some testicular function and possibly fertility but I guess there&#8217;s question marks around that vs just doing a&hellip;</p>

As far as i know we can&#8217;t get ultra sensitive E2 over here? Or its mega money?</p>
<p>Anyway, e2 is HIGH.</p>
<p>312pmol/L (41.4-159pmol/L ref range).</p>

<p>Thanks, I was wondering if to increase to 37.5/150, or if to just increase T4. I have seen it before with no thyroid meds on my bloods and 4IU gh, that my conversion rate of T3 to T4 increases. So in this scenario if I&#8217;ve essentially just run out of T4 to convert to T3, then just extra T4 could raise both?</p>

Im running BPC and TB500 at the moment for a shoulder issue also. Sounds right from what I researched and is what im doing currently. But it would be great to see others weigh in.</p>
<p>So you&#8217;d be doing 0.75mg / 750mcg a day. Split into 2x 0.375mg / 375mcg.</p>
<p>From what I could tell, people were doing 500-1000mcg/day in multiple doses.</p>

<p>For what its worth, I was mixing HCG and HGH, my testicular volume was maintained as was all the water retention in feet / wrists from GH. If I have lowered or removed either compound previously, those would have been affected.</p>

Nabba has its dates up but UKBFF and 2BP dont. All the older shows are removed too so I can&#8217;t guess dates based on this year.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ll likely want to compete in May and I think most federations have shows then? I&#8217;m based in the south of england but work remotely so can be anywhere if&hellip;</p>

<p>Now I no longer do both low and high incline in a session. my 4 rotations are:</p>
<p>1. Low Incline DB Press, Lateral Raise.</p>
<p>2. High Incline Smith Press, EZ Skull Crusher (lowering behind head)</p>
<p>3. Shoulder Press DB, Narrow Tricep Press</p>
<p>4. Reverse Grip <span>Smith Press. Cable Lateral Raise,  Tricep Extension.</span></p>

I&#8217;d been stuck on low incline pressing the 40&#8217;s for 9 for 3-4 weeks. I have similar session set up, low and high incline in 1 session. Mid incline and laterals another session. Smith pressing variations too. I felt like it was maybe a recovery issue. Ended up having 4 days out of&hellip;</p>

<p>Am I likely wasting my time keeping it in to try an maintain some fertility and keep options open? Or is it best to just do a proper fertility blast of stuff and cross your fingers if/when the time arises?</p>
<p>Oh and I&#8217;m running the 100 test 400 deca now and BP seems to be coming down and being more manageable at about 125/65, so thanks for the&hellip;</p>

<p>Thanks! I will definitely start figuring all that out with Mast and Primo after this build phase. For now the HCG is staying in to maintain some testicular function / fertility to hopefully keep options open. So it sounds like E2 management will remain pretty crucial for now.</p>

<p>Yes, the HCG is always in. Around 250-300IU EOD. About 1000IU a week.</p>

<p>Hi Phoebe, I have tried it on my shoulders / upper back, didnt have much luck annoyingly. I had a block of 6 or 8 sessions, maybe that wasnt enough. This was about 5 years ago though, im sure the kit has improved now too. Could be worth revisiting, thanks!</p>

<p>I think this post fits best here. I&#8217;m 30, currently 85kg. Just on a 2 week diet break. Down from 89kg in about 14 weeks. Was down at 2000kcal, 10k steps, 5x week pull/push split (hammys on pull, quads and calves on push).</p>
<p>Now at 2600kcal seeing if that is my new maintenance. </p>
<p>Mentally needed the break and it coincided with a Germany&hellip;</p>
