<p>thank you for your reply. My last deload was 3 weeks ago so i think i am fine on this point.</p>
<p>Visuals changed not much in the last 2 weeks i would say.</p>
<p>I will bump steps up and add cardio like you said.</p>

<p>I am 6kg down now so bodyweight is at 88kg at the moment but it stall since 1.5 weeks.</p>
<p>Calories on training days are on 2.650 and rest days 2.500.</p>
<p>Steps still on 10k per day.</p>
<p>Training performance is still good and progressions sometimes come here and there.</p>

<p>after a bulk from around 1.5 years and gaining 15 kilo it is time to finally cut down.</p>
<p>My calories at the end was at 3.600 both TD and NTD.</p>
<p>I sit now at 94 kg in the morning.</p>

<p>Can anyone give me some advice where to start from now? How much calories should i start with?</p>
