Take out all Sweetners and Soda from your diet. The amount of BS in sodas will absolutely erode your gut lining which will cause chronic constipation. </p>

<p>Im very new to learning this about myself. My question is can you get away with anything? For example a Tortilla wrap? What would be the side effects. </p>

Just ruling out what it could be, has anyone had any digestion problems while taking CV Burn? </p>
