Running 250mg Test per week. And it doesn&#8217;t look great. Can you give me some key pointers how to improve it as soon as possible. First thing I will be getting is a health stack from TBJP as my current one is probably not the best quality.</p>

<p>Thanks Allison. Ill defo try it out. Im certain my work situation had bad influence on my look this prep to some extent<span> as its not my first time doing this. Health supps and vitamins are always on point, and im quite strong headed person but body doesnt always follow as iv learned in this prep. </span></p>

Cutting out test and gh together did hurt my look as the food was stupid low at that point. I think my best approach will be to take extra long prep phase next time and play around with compounds see what works best for me. Such a valuable info guys, appreciate all of your input on this. <p>T3 was 3.7 pmol/L (3.1-6.8)</p>
<p>Cycle i ran was my first time using t4 didnt think it would suppress my natural t4</p>
<p>Definitely will follow your advice on prolactin.</p>
