I am 17 years old, 6’3 and 97kg. I have been eating 4000 cals for the last 4 weeks (220p 500c 75f)<br />
In the last 2 weeks I have remained at an exact 96.8kg every morning upon wake. My lifts are still progressing very well (training upper lower rest) bit obviously weight is stationary. Should I be pushing food? If so how much?</p>
