I want to get better at squatting and bench pressing would it be advisable to substitute out the chest movement and bench press all 3 days or maybe 2 and the same with squats rather then changing the movement? How could I treat this? I would love to get a deep tissue massage but I just can’t afford it right now. Any other methods I could use you recommend?</p>
