I wouldn’t personally go that hard For that long I would simply add in steps/ cardio as posing is something that should be done daily anyway.. just 10-15 mins daily

Hello guys! So today again was another recovery day complete rest no steps just resting up. I’m still coming in which is good leaner each day despite 0 output, we are going to run a high day one the swelling has Gone down and I can eat a little better as I’m looking terribly flat right now which is expected. This evening I feel like I’ve perked up a little bit feeling a little more like myself hoping after a good nights sleep that I should be feeling a little better in the morning now the antibiotics have had 3 days to get to work x

Evening all! Again not much to report checked in this morning despite being bed bound for 4 days I’m still getting leaner just a touch flat! Hoping after these days of recovery I should be on the mend now ???? x

Hello all! Today was a day of recovery again. Woke not feeling too great, still walked Lola to get some steps in and check in was all good. I’ve got a viral infection so I’m just trying to rest up and get rid of this ASAP. I’ve started to come round a little this evening and feeling a little better so hopefully tomorrow morning I wake feeling much better x

Good afternoon all! So today’s check in weight down again looking much tighter. I had a bad nights sleep last night due to a migraine which has continued all day. So today has consisted of work steps and naps I’m feeling a little better this afternoon but still not 100% I’m hoping after a good nights sleep I should be good x
