I feel OK. Energy seems fine atm not so much sex drive tho..
I will implement vit b6 and retest in maybe 5/6 weeks and go from there.

Just received my results for my bloods.
I planned on doing this at the 5 week mark after my last shot however was ill and really didn’t feel like it so at 6 weeks I ordered what I thought was a blood test kit that covered everything.. how wrong I was haha!

Hi mate I take no iron supplements however have always taken 1000mg vit c a day and I’ve been told by a doctor that this can also increase ferritinso i’ve cut it out completely for a few weeks maybe just take 500mg a day.

Had my blood results come back with High ferritin, transferrin saturation and creatinine.
Can anyone help in how I can bring these back in range please.
Will be doing a male hormone one aswell now as didn’t realise this didn’t cover them lol
