Im training at my home gym, I dont have access to stuff like leg curl, leg ext etc&#8230; I can do mostly barbell stuff. Can someone help me structure it the proper way. Is it okay to use simple strenght progression on main lifts like squat bench and deadlift like fives and triples, since&hellip;</p>

So i rather use bar and dumbells and cable machine….my stats are S160kg  B100kg D200kg… here’s photo also…thank you for answers </p>
