<p>Weight has dropped down to 257 now and holding, not concerned and will push up as I need to the food increase last week hasn’t settled in yet. </p>
<p>Taken cycle progression this week too so yet to see a shift from both food and cycle, staying patient here and not rushing. </p>

<p>As mentioned previously Corinne took 8 weeks off all bits from her last show , then 6 weeks on cycle , is currently now 5 weeks off again this weekend. She will be off another 5 more , leaving us 13 out. </p>

Very good session earlier today . Shoulders felt very fluid which meant the presses were smoother as a result. I train first thing so a lot of mobility to start as I prepare the shoulders for the pressing that’s to come .<br />
