    My clients have homeworkouts and eat at maintenance or slightly in a surplus , if they are in a diet I have reversed the most of them by now

    Now as I know this quarantine thing will take longer and I can only train 3times a week and a pumpsession at home I will pull the GH just because it’s too expensive if I don’t really need it for recovery. Also my numb hands will be better off????.
    So from now on:

    Very individual, If you have a garage or basement I would buy myself a rack barbell and plates, If you have a private gym use this and if it’s not possible to go to a gym or have some at home you might take some time off or start doing homeworkouts even though I am not a big fan of them, but if there is no other option????????‍♂️

    Legday was okeish today.
    Always being very grateful to still be able to train.
    seated calfraises 2sets
    Lying legcurl 2 sets
    safetybarsquats 2sets
    vsquat 2sets
    kneeling legcul 2 dropsets
    legextensions 1restpauseset

    Was just happy to get some load onto my body with safetys and the rest of the workout just there to keep blood flowing.
    It’s just crazy how much my life depends on training not only physical but mentally to have something to put all your effort in is just something I can’t live without.

    Set is over when execution gets sloppy but don’t overthink it too
    much if there are 1-2 reps in there with no risk of injury go for it

    Restday home office trying to
    keep my routine up because this time fucks with my head. Gym is always my part where I can put all my energy in so now I am searching something else to put it.

    Sternum is my way to go to if it’s higher I don’t feel it as well but that’s a limb thing try and error????????‍♂️. Figure out which one you feel
    better.
