I am noticing recently that my triceps are starting to inhibit my pressing movement progression. When triceps become bigger contributors in my presses I find I majorly start to struggle

Much appreciated!

I guess the only way I’ll find out it trying it for a few weeks with a cautious weight. Focusing on careful ROM and contraction seems to make the most sense and I’m lucky that I appear to quite flexible shoulders. Careful approach and will see how we go.

Thanks again, gents.

I am asking for some input to help me understand the relationship between volume and strength/hypertrophy. I have watched the education section but would benefit from having it explained to me in another way (it’s just how I learn 🙂 )
