<p>Feedback on 1g T and 300mg EQ, my e2 went from 9 to 20 pg/mol. I will be switching from EQ to Mast. I like the kick of strength mast gives me. currently on my fat loss phase goal is to get close to stage lean then have a 12 weeks reverse and enter 16 weeks of prep. Comp in October. really hyped for this.</p>

<p>I never tried EQ over the 5 years on gear and wanted to experiment and see how I would react to it.</p>

<p>I appreciate the information. i agree i probably wouldve started lower something I have learnt now after experimenting. I normally mix my gear for the week all in one vial however, What I did last week due to being ill i could only inject half of the drugs which kept EQ at 150mg and test at 500mg (from the total 1g T and 300mg EQ)&hellip;</p>

<p>I would try to split the dose into daily injects and see how that feels. If using Enanthate, mayble try CyP if issue still persists. My experience with EQ crashed the living crap out of my E2 and felt like crap. Nathaniel&#8217;s response is solid I would do exaclty that if daily injections or CYP doesnt make a difference</p>

<p>So a couple of weeks ago I decided to give EQ a try because I cant source real mast or primo, fast forward 7 weeks on 600mg Test and 450mg EQ, my E2 dropped to 9pg/nmol which has caused everything in life feel miserable. No motivation no libido and constantly tired. </p>
<p>I have decided to drop EQ to 300mg and push Test to 1g splitting&hellip;</p>

<p>Whatever number you plan to start with, keep in mind there will come a time where more calories will have to be pulled out. if you are starting your cut and already have 150g of carbs rest days, in 3-4 drops that will yield to 0. I would start the highest amounts possible keeping in mind that food will have to keep going lower and lower&hellip;</p>

Funny enough after 1g of test my libido seemed to just lit up haha. when i was on sub 750 libido was trash over 1g it got better which maid me really question&hellip;</p>

<p>I have been wanting to also add in NPP in with the mix but after trying it myself, I have always found that it wrecks my prolactin until I read what JP has experimented with lower test and higher nandrolone. I do agree everyone is different but after finally understanding how my body reacts to everything else aside from EQ, the fear in me doesnt want to go through the extensive trial phase I did in the past. <p>Where is the herniation? I had herniated L4-L5, L5-S1 and mild stenosis also on l5-S1. pain sucks but can be easily managed. i fixed myself back in 2016 after getting injured. I am not sure if you can fix yours but I know you can reduce pain significantly to allow you to get back to training. PS i never used any drugs so you&hellip;</p>

<p>Switching to Upper / Lower has been a game changer. I really enjoy the training, tried to swith it up to PPL and just ended up going back to U/L. I spent the last year experimenting on different rep ranges and different volumes per muscle, and found that for chest, I can only handle 2 sets of chest compound and 2 sets of is work. I enjoy the rest pauses I see that on the 2nd or 3rd failure point (I just do 3 points) I would actually feel like I am pushing really hard. In my head that first set was like a pre-exaust set because I would bang out 20 reps before actually pushing to failure.</p>

<p>Just curious to know if anyone has maxed out on a machine and wasnt able to add a gym pin to account for more load, what would be the next thing? My gym has panatta equipments and I maxed out the leg extension (among other machines) and unable to attach a gym pin. Already pushed upwards 25 reppers on max weight to a point where I&hellip;</p>

<p>Yes i have tried prior refeeds. i have tried 650 carbs, 750, 850 and I also tried 800 + a cheatmeal. he would always look sharper the the day after next. So thursday refeed, saturday looks full and pumped friday, not really. I didnt notice any changes with the cheatmeal since it was fat loaded. the normal&hellip;</p>

<p>Just a question on Solidifying, I get the concept just curious on how that would go cause if you get into a deficit youll drop down and if in surplus weight will go up. So I assume solidifying would be at maintenance food and make changes to PEDs and activity? </p>

<p>drpped to trt+ 125mg T 100mg M</p>
<p>blood work came back as shown below:</p>
<p>E2: 69 pg/ml</p>
<p>Test: 33 nmol/l</p>
<p>Prolactin: 20.9 ng/ml</p>
<p>I noticed E2 and Test are lower, energy is good libido sometimes okay sometimes crap. I used Horney goat weed once and it was crazy.</p>

I will try to stay on TRT+ for the next 6 weeks taking into account 4 weeks of ramadan + 2 weeks to get back into baseline maintenance in terms of calories. Thinking of 150mg test (my test is 300mg/ml hard to run 125) and just keep in 100mg mast. After 6 weeks can get bloods and see if the markers have improved. Is this what&hellip;</p>

Was averaging 5000 cals now on a fat loss phase to get lean lean (not for contest) getting 12-15K steps daily, training 5 days a week upper/lower/push/pull/leg.<br />
