<p>And we had the pleasure of training with Caitlin today absolutely loved having her along! </p>
<p>What an awesome athlete she will go so far because she trains hard and she truly does it for the love of it. That’s rare to come by and something that aligns much with my own thought process.</p>
<p>We saw progression across the board on all lifts &#8211; very happy </p>

Glute and Hams day today and first time doing this rotation at ultra used the Nytram leg press for the first time ever and I absolutely love it.
