I’m staying at home until Thursday as we have holidays here in our country so not training in the main gym at the moment.<br />
Session went well, just had to switch out some movements because machines were occupied by people scrolling on their phones.<br />

Dumbbells moved so smooth despite wrapping 0,5kg plates around them which make them quite long, I really could not be more satisfied.</p>

Weight jumped up quite a bit today, 97,05kg fasted. I won’t stress it as the body comp is not too bad and I’m absolutely flying in the gym. </p>
<p>I also made some changes to the protein intake. I decided to try a slightly higher protein approach. Did some post workout posing and I am very satisfied with condition, in I compared this look to the pics from June when I was weighing 2,5kg less and I’m leaner and heavier now. </p>

<p>Legs are surprisingly not that fatigued, especially quads. Glutes on the other hand are quite stiff but thats good as I need to grow them.</p>

Thanks Meg, I guess you’re right. I just had to make sure that this cals are for sure my maintenance and I can build up on them further on. I will add about 2-300 cals and and wait a couple days to see what the weight will do.</p>

<p>So exactly 7 weeks of tidy up phase has gone by and I decide to start revrsing back into the gaining phase. I feel like my body just wants to grow as I’m burning through food like crazy. <p>Went great, progressed all moves, hinges went very well. Getting much more comfortable with stiff legs which I really enjoy and will keep running as long as possible. Currently only working in one rep range but if that stalls first thing I’ll do is swich rep ranges around.</p>

<p>I will give it a run and see if it works. I believe my back would benefit a ton from being hit 3 times a week. </p>
<p>The only thing I’m concerned about is my pressing recovery which always takes a bit more time than the other groups. But I guess I can manage that and make it work.</p>

However I’m just really tempted to try out upper lower but love being in the gym too much and 2 rest days in a row really doesn’t sound fun. <p>I would really appreciate some thoughts on this split setup I put together. I have been running PPL split 5 days a week. I’ve been training for about 2,5 years but really training hard with good form for a little over 1 year.</p>

Nothing missed as always!</p>
<p>93,35kg this morning, quite a jump but I didn’t go to the toilet so thats probably why. I fasted until 8 as I had a client at 7 and the body was starving so the appetite is still on point.</p>

<p>Yesterdays PBs on push got me good, my chest is fried. </p>
<p>Weight down to 92,6kg today and I do not like seeing this, already at 5700cal and the weight isn’t going anywhere. </p>
<p>I’ve been having slightly bad digestion recently and I’m thinking it may be because of the egg whites. So from now on I’ll be swithching them out for only&hellip;</p>

Pull on the menu today so time to correct my stiff leg tehnique. </p>
<p>I will attach the link to the video below. I really focused on not bending the knees and really pulling with my back. </p>

<p>91,85 today. Weight has pretty much seatled so tomorrow I will increase calories. additional 150-200cal from carbs will go in. I will post the diet up tomorrow.</p>
<p>Pretty smashed frm pull yesterday. Got some great critiques on my form from Oscar todaY corections will be made on my next pull session.</p>
<p>Legs tomorrow, need to get a good night sleep.</p>

<p>I would be really thankful if I can get any advice on the execution. I’m really trying to keep my legs totally out while pulling but I feel like my knees are still bending too much.</p>
