<p>I’m a doctor who works overnight shifts about once every 3-4 days. This means I often can’t sleep properly during those shifts (and sometimes even the day after), which is impacting my training. I currently split is full-body workouts with 1-2 sets per body part, rotating through four sessions every 2-3days, depending on my shift&hellip;</p>
