Finished on 180p 50f &amp; 230c. Bumped calories up to 200p 50f &amp; 330c. 480 calorie increase, my weight has stalled at 81.8 and starting to lose weight now on the new cals, training and steps are the same, although i do have alot more energy. Any reason why this&hellip;</p>

My plan is to push my bodyweight up over the next 6 months (10-15kg) and then cut for 4 months to be in my best ever shape for a cruise in November lol. Is the below an ok position to start this push in yere opinion or&hellip;</p>
