<p>The look hasn’t changed that much touch softer, glutes are still holding by a thread which is nice. No change at all aside from introduction of cycle. </p>

That’s why say personally myself , I’ll look to spend more time in that phase because I’m looking for maximal damage. That’s not my opinion but a principal of Hypertrophy.<br />
On my compounds I tend to keep it 3 sec , on my isolations I keep it to 2 sec.</p>

I just rang 500 iu of HCG twice a week along side 150 test a week and after only running it 3/4 weeks I can say we have conceived!</p>
