    Week off ? Completely not. You will just waste a week. You’ll benefit from a refeed if your body needs one. A week can’t be justified ever to be honest

    Try to relax in the evening as soon as you get home.

    What time do you wake ? I find I have to wake early and upon wake drink 500 ml water first that usually has My appetite flying.

    Reduce calories slightly 200/300 and increase NEAT so add 3000 extra steps per day to your normal routine.

    That would be enough for a start

    Increase output gradually over long period of time

    Start fairly lean

    Hit nail on the head… dog end of prep for me it’s 700’no more. For now with what goal I have in mind 500 is perfect. 🙂

    This will be probably the most drugs I’ve ran since 2017… looking forward to it! I’m healthy and ready to fucking go.

    No disrespect but I wouldn’t look to educate your self through forums, it could be anyone saying anything on there buddy 🙂 it would be a considered a high dose for a beginner… I’m not a beginner buddy 🙂 if I was to write a cycle for most clients it wouldn’t be over 200/300 mg

    But yeah, don’t believe what you see or hear without questioning it 🙂 that’s best way to learn….. yeah there are physique guys running more than that… with lengthier periods.

    Kuba, question about the cycle.

    Do you run that 200mg Trest alongside your 750 Test?

    Or are you running that 750test/600EQ/700DHB then dropping all of it for the 200Trest/500Tren combo?

    I gonna switch some compounds up mid offseason, prettey similar to you. And I want to throw some Trest in but dont know what I should do with my test…drop it very low and switch to Tren…drop it completely. Never used trest before and want to be wary of the aromatization properties.

    What are your thoughts?

    As long as you control your estrogen shouldn’t be an issue and 200 mg will not aromatise a HUGE amount so will be okay man

    Great 3 days of training

    Finished up with legs today wouldn’t normally do 3 on but we had @youngoscar over for legs as it was his last leg session I was glad to make sure he did the necessary nothing more nothing less. Today was all about precision and pretty much same goal for us.

    Still nothing to failure as we are still on our last week of cruise we will keep this fashion of training up until our recovery is flying once cycle starts kicking in then we will go balls deep.

    Very happy with today’s performance eased my self in with 10pps on Atlantis hack for a easy precise 6 and back off with 8pps for 12.

    @benj3060 yes 4 iu buddy. Make sure your carb meal has 40 or over g of carbs and you have some intra workout carbs. 4 iu is very little.
