<p>Would it be a matter of being ok to increase your fats until you get to a max of 0.7g per lb of BW and then on, only carbs? Or its not as simple as that?</p>

<p>Do you recommend focusing on low GL/ GI or (even both) foods on rest days? Given that you are unlikely to need the large spikes in insulin levels? </p>
