<p>I work in construction so constantly on the go and can only train mon tue thur Fri. </p>

Post work out meal is then </p>
<p>Cereal with 2 scoops whey at around half 7. My training usually ends at 6 50. </p>

<p>At the start of my push up i increased my dosage from 200 test to 500 and 300 bold abd 1mg mots c a day. </p>

<p>So i went to gp today with suspect sleep apnea as my partner has informed me im stopping breathing for a short time when sleeping and I fall asleep all the time when&hellip;</p>

<p>Recovery is getting there for sure i took a 2 whole weeks off over the Xmas period, ive now added in bpc 157 at 1000mg a day and training legs but choosing exercises that dont aggrevate my leg 2 much and using shorter range of motion to try and train whilst still letting it heel. </p>

<p>I mentioned this to a friend and he said the mast would be a waste of tjme and not to bother is this true ? </p>
<p>Was going to run the blast for 16 weeks and then I do a 10 week cut where I drop down to just 200mg cyp for the 10 weeks </p>

The book is a brilliant read but the training plan does look awfully confusing when upper lower could just be used. </p>
<p>I do like the 3 different approaches in the week with loading pump and Muscle rounds but is this just overcompliating things? </p>

<p>No training and diet has pretty much stayed the same and my ferritin levels have been high for years also my prolactin. I came off all peds for 8 years and issues where the same may of come down a tad. Now im back on peds I dont blast more than 700mg atm and I cruise on 200mg. </p>

Im just using this monitor to make sure im sitting in the right spot to build tissue </p>

Am I right in saying my fasted glucose should be between 3.5 and 5.5 that&#8217;s a good spot? </p>
<p>And how can I use this tool and information best to help me progress more please </p>
